Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign up, use the full product for 14 days, and only enter a card when you pick a plan. Trials get every Pro feature plus a few AI credits to try — SOP PDFs carry a trial watermark, and come out clean on your own letterhead the moment you pick a plan.

Can I pick a plan before my trial ends?

Yes, any time. You keep the rest of your free days and your card is charged when they end; Pro's 30 monthly AI credits arrive with that first payment. Want them sooner? Choose “Start today” to pay now and get them right away.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. The app switches to read-only until you choose a plan — everyone can still sign in and look at everything, and your admin can export a full backup at any time. PDF downloads pause until you pick a plan; the data export never does.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter covers the core: org chart, payroll history, reports, scenarios, branded SOP PDFs, 3 logins, and up to 10 SOPs from the rules builder. Pro removes the limits (unlimited logins and SOPs) and includes 30 AI generations a month.

What if I have more than Starter allows?

Nothing is ever deleted. If you pick Starter — or switch down from Pro — with more than 10 SOPs, every one stays available to view, edit, print, and scan; you just can't add new ones until you're under 10. With more than 3 logins, the extra ones are paused — managers before admins, newest first, and the account owner always keeps access — until you remove one or upgrade. We show you exactly what would happen before you choose.

What's an AI generation (credit)?

One credit = one AI-drafted or AI-improved SOP. Building SOPs from the rules library never costs a credit — credits are only for the optional AI step (Starter holds up to 10 SOPs, Pro is unlimited). Pro includes 30 credits a month, and they refresh whether or not you used them; extra packs are $10 for 25 on any paid plan and never expire, on top of the monthly ones. Drafting is capped at 10 generations an hour. If a generation fails, the credit is not used.

Do unused credits roll over?

Your plan's monthly credits refresh each month (they top up to your allowance rather than stacking). Credits you buy in packs stay until you spend them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — self-service, from the billing portal, no phone call. Your data stays exportable before and after.

Is my data private?

Every company's data is fully isolated, and we never sell or share it. Payroll numbers are visible only to your admin logins and, per branch, to the managers you invite. See the Privacy Policy for details.
