Do I need a credit card to start?

No. Sign up, use the full product for 14 days, and only enter a card when you pick a plan. Trials get every Pro feature plus a few AI credits to try — SOP PDFs carry a trial watermark, and come out clean on your own letterhead the moment you pick a plan.

What happens when my trial ends?

Nothing is deleted. The app switches to read-only until you choose a plan — you can still sign in, look at everything, and export a full backup at any time. PDF downloads pause until you pick a plan; the data export never does.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter covers the core: org chart, payroll history, reports, scenarios, 3 logins, and up to 10 SOPs from the rules builder. Pro removes the limits (unlimited logins and SOPs), adds branded SOP PDFs, and includes 30 AI generations a month.

What's an AI generation (credit)?

One credit = one AI-drafted or AI-improved SOP. The check-the-boxes rules builder is free and unlimited on every plan — credits are only for the optional AI step. Pro includes 30 a month; extra packs are $10 for 25. If a generation fails, the credit is not used.

Do unused credits roll over?

Your plan's monthly credits refresh each month (they top up to your allowance rather than stacking). Credits you buy in packs stay until you spend them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — self-service, from the billing portal, no phone call. Your data stays exportable before and after.

Is my data private?

Every company's data is fully isolated, and we never sell or share it. Payroll numbers are visible only to your admin logins and, per branch, to the managers you invite. See the Privacy Policy for details.
